Finger Puppets
I really enjoy knitting finger puppets to accompany children's books.
Because of copyright issues, I can't show the books that these puppets
might go along with, but I can show the puppets and describe some of
them.
Here are some samples. Of course, every puppet is unique, and these
particular puppets have been sold, but I'm sure I can make something
to fit if you send a description. (The numbers below refer
to the pictures, the letters say which puppet in the picture)

A Duck with a hat (1a,5c) is $7. Rabbits (2a) are $6.00,
as are Indians (3d). The Nutcracker with the long beard (1b) is $8
as are donkeys and horses (5e). Items without hair, hats or sweaters
are less expensive; examples include ghosts, baby chicks (4d) or
ducks. I can make a ghost (3e: $5), santa (3b: $6) or snowman with
($7) or without a hat ($5). Of course a finger puppet is small, so
I usually only try to capture the figure from the shoulders up. I
can make
eyeglasses for any characters that need it.

I make many kinds of dogs, such as a big red one (4b: $7) or yellow
with spots (5b) and bears in all colors with sweaters or hats. The
prices for Dinosaurs depend on how they're decorated. plain ones
(3a) might be $4, I have made others that had a contrasting color
down the spine that was $6.

I can make some people, girls and boys with hats, pigtails or long
wavy hair (5d: $6). If you have a favorite book you'd like me to
work with, I need to know exactly what you are talking about so I
can find a picture if I don't already have one. I make cats and mice
with tails; if they have a hat, they're $7, without $5.
I have done handpuppets of a full sized girl such as Little Red
Riding Hood. And I can make a hand puppet witch with green skin.
The bottle Toppers were made after I adjusted some of
my finger puppet patterns. The snowmen can be any color that I can
get yarn to match.
The Tree Ornaments were also adapted from my finger
puppet designs. There is an elephant with a Santa hat, And Santa, A
fish and a bear in a Santa hat. There is also a Nutcracker, and
Rudolph. If you have a favorite character, I'll try to make it so
that you would know it...
